Starting in 2000, the gradual and steady decline of .com opportunities was alleviated by the loyalty of OnSite’s stable customers. At the time, OnSite had a versatile staff capable of consulting on a systems and end-user application level. With the support of Microsoft and other leading technology vendors, existing customers began turning to OnSite for IT consulting and integration on many fronts including networking and security, IT staffing, and managed hosting services.
During the next several years, OnSite established itself as a full-service IT Consultancy with expertise in enterprise business continuity planning & disaster recovery, LAN/WAN solutions and security in addition to implementation services for web and software projects.
On April 1st, 2007, OnSite's IT Services division was acquired by Another9 LLC (www.another9.com). The acquisition was indicative of OnSite's decision to focus 100% on the software product and services market where the greatest growth has been experienced over the last few years.
As OnSite heads into the latter part of the decade, a commitment has been made to productize software add-ons for partner products – most notably NetSuite – and provide services that support product and solution implementation.
A philosophy of "one database of record" where a customer’s strength lies in its core ERP platform, and is extended and enhanced to meet specific verticals and requirements, paints the direction of OnSite’s business strategy.
"Where Your Software Ends, We Begin."
